Hugh Page a former South African Cricketer and now Property Developer. His interest in architecture began at an early age while travelling worldwide playing cricket. It was therefore inevitable that he would find success in the property industry.

The residential space is where his interest lies. In 2006 he completed a Property Development programme, at the UCT Graduate School of Business, winning both the Design and Marketing Award. His enthusiasm for residential development manifested into several developments in Craighall and Craighall Park, where he has carved his niche. He is passionate about his work and looks foward to waking up in the morning so he can get on site.


Gary Shields studied Civil Engineering and has vast expereince in the Civil industry. Gary has worked together with Concor Costruction and WBHO Construction in South Africa as well as gaining experience in Europe.

Upon his return to South Africa, he launched his own construction company, Shields Projects. The first project, The Everard Read Gallery in Rosebank, successfully catapulted Gary’s work in the industry. A fine example of his work, the gallery, has received many accolades over time. It was judged “The best buildings of the Year” in its category, by the Association of Architects of South Africa. Attention to detail and fine quality finishes has placed Gary’s Projects in the forefront of the development of up-market residential homes and commercial construction.
